Objective

User Registration

" user visits the site and wants to register him. "fter being registeredhe/she will avail the facilities of a registered user.

The information related to the user will be stored persistently in the $&'E

database.

" registering user can either be an examiner or an examinee. The details of

the user will be ta!en according to the type of user.

Test Center

Exams will be categoried on the basis of domain, 'ub(domain and

technology.

Each test/exam will contain description ) outline of the test.

Each test will have a sample paper.

Each Test will have specified %uestions to be completed within a given time (

limit.

The examinee should be able to able to review test before 'ubmitting the

test.

If time limit is over before completion of test, then the examinee is bound to

submit the test and no more review facility will be "vailable.

The result of test will be provided immediately mentioning performance sheet

of examinee in a particular test on the basis of various topics covered.

Transcript Information

The $&'E system will generate a transcript of a user *examinee+

corresponding to his/her Transcript Id.

"n examinee shall have the flexibility of !eeping his/her transcript public or

private.

" public transcript can be viewed by all.

" transcript will contain all the results of tests ta!en by an examinee.

The online examination system automates all the examination activities. It wor!s infollowing manner:

1irst of all administrator creates various domain of !nowledge through whichexaminee can test their s!ills and ability. These domains *medical,management, IT+ can further be divided into various sub-domains.

"fter adding up domains the administrator creates various users i.e.

examiners. These examiners create various test papers under variousdomains and sub-domains.

nder a single domain or sub-domain there can be any number of test

papers.

2ow various examinees register themselves to the application. 1or thispurpose they have to provide their personal details. This may includeexaminee name, user I0, address, %ualification, specialiation etc are detailsprovided.

These details are reviewed by the application and if found valid then that

examinee is registered to the application, his/her details are stored in thedatabase permanently for future references.

criteria. The administrator defines the eligibility criteria for any exam.

If an examinee is not as per the educational re%uirements for any test then
