Syn-824Synthetic Metalworking Coolant & Lube
While working with ferrous and non-ferrous metals, it is
essential to use a coolant and lubricant that can withstand the
heat. Syn-824 is a water-soluble, synthetic coolant and lube
that contains no silicone or sulfur making it ideal for machining
operations like cutting, grinding, turning and more. When
diluted for use, Syn-824 makes a clear solution that gives the
operator a clear view of the workpiece. It also uses special
corrosion inhibitors to protect finished work from flash rusting.

DIRECTIONS: Reservoirs should be drained and flushed free of all old lubricants. Dilution ratios can be varied to meet severe or mild conditions, see below. For best results, monitor the tool temperature to determine proper dilution for a particular operation.
SEVERE OPERATIONS & HARD METALS: 1:10 dilution
LIGHT DUTY OPERATIONS: 1:20 or 1:30 dilution
CAUTION: Harmful if swallowed. May irritate eyes.
FIRST AID:
INGESTION: Call a physician immediately. Give several glasses of water. DO NOT induce vomiting unless instructed by a physician or poison control center.
EYES: Flush eyes and under eyelids with water for at least 15 minutes. If discomfort persists, contact a physician.
SKIN: Wash skin with soap and water. If irritation is persistent, contact a physician.
INHALATION: Remove person to fresh air. Call a physician if irritation persists.
