... on being chosen to represent the AAW at its next symposium, either as a demonstrator and/or panelist. As such, you will be featured in the Symposium Handout Book. Provided to every attendee, it has become the premier document for the event, featuring all things symposium:

com. First contact Sharon Bierman ([email protected] or 614-899-3755) for an invitation to a folder created just for your files and/or questions or assistance.

format, such as Word or .txt, indicating where the images are to be placed (example on pg 5). Do not submit PDFs or Apple’s Pages files.

FAQs

I don’t have any layout software for producing a handout, but I can try to lay it out in whatever program I have.As you can see in the comparison below, please send plain text indicating where the images go. We’ll take it from there.

I already have an article reprint or handout(s) that are professionally formatted that I can submit.Assuming you won’t be violating copyright laws, please go ahead and provide them. They will not be printed in the Handout Book but may be added as a download in the symposium app. We may scan the first page as a graphic and provide the Internet URL link or bibliography entry where it can be obtained.
