You can edit the display elements using icons in the hierarchy level and in the toolbar.

The current status of the organizational units and authorizations is shown in the status (header) line andat the various levels of the tree structure with red, yellow and green traffic lights.

 Authorization fields are maintained

 Authorization fields not completely maintained

Organizational levels are not maintained. hoose Org. levels to maintain theorganizational levels.

!pecify a global value for this role for each field representing an organizational level. "f, for

e#ample, the organizational level PLANTSappears in several authorizations, you onlyneed to maintain the plant values once on the Organizational levels screen.

You can display a list of all e#isting organizational levels using Transaction !$%O.

You should also chec& the values of the authorization fields mar&ed with a green trafficlight.

hoose Open, Modified  or Maintained  to display open, changed or modified authorizations, respectively.

The status line shows the status of the authorization profile' Unchanged, Saved, Changed or Generated.

anual' You have entered at least one authorization, template or profile in the hierarchy below

Adding Authorizations

The standard toolbar contains two pushbuttons to insert authorizations'

/nter single authorizations. !elect via obect classes. lic& on the symbol to copyauthorizations. hoose the pushbutton #nsert selected.

anual entry of authorization obects. /nter the technical names of the authorizationobects which are to be put in the role. You can use possible entries help.

0hen you enter authorizations with $dit  → $nter athorization, you can also'

o  Add full authorization (add all authorizations for an authorization obect)
