The current curriculum has been prepared according to the pattern
laid by CBSE. The main focus is on the overall development of the
child. A child should be happy, fulfilled and excited to learn new
things. Self esteem and confidence should also develop as a part of
learning process.
Parents are requested not to send any extra book or note-book in
their ward's bag. Books and note books to be carried in the bag by
the child as mentioned -
- English Course Book
- Punjabi Course Book
- EVS Course Book
- Three-in-one Note book (English, EVS, Maths) and one Punjabi
note book.
Books to be kept in School - English Work Book, English Writing
Book, English Grammar Book, Maths Book, G.K.Book, Drawing
Book, Project Book and 1 English note book (for writing and
practice). OMR Book, Atam Pargas Scrap Book.
ASSESSMENT TECHNIQUE
Evaluation and teaching go hand in hand. Our assessment technique
has been designed to evaluate child's all round development and
day to day performance in the class. Our aim is teaching by doing.
Syllabus of Class II Session (2018-19)
Love, understanding, support and encouragement make education interesting and adventurous for children. The joyous journey not only
develops their intellectual capabilities but will also help them to become successful human beings.
Every Friday will be an Activity Day in order to help the children develop their self confidence. It will be compulsory for every student
to speak on the mike. Parents are required to help the child to prepare the given topics for the mike activity to be conducted through out the
year.
Activities and the celebrations for the session-2018-2019 are mentioned along with the syllabus.
ACTIVITIES (2018-19)
1. Children will be assessed on the basis of written as well as oral
tests.
2. If the child is absent in any test (written as well as oral), he/she will
be given average marks on the basis of verified medical certificate.
3. Written tests will be shown to the parents only on Parent Teacher
Meet.
