The Shenyang American Industrial Park is a wholly owned foreign enterprise invested

by Eastern American.

The property is 5 kilometers from the new Tiexi BMW plants (car assembly and

engine assembly). It is next to the Shenyang 4th Ring Rd, and less than 5 kilometer

from the entrance to the Shenyang 3rd Ring Highway. It is 30 minutes from the

Shenyang International Airport.

The Park is design to have 25 US style and quality high-eave, crane ready sub-

dividable flexspace industrial buildings. All have been finished as of Nov 1, 2015

along with all needs utilities and buildings. The park has an installed capacity of

7,000kva of electricity.




Eastern American is the developer, owner and managers of the “American Industrial

Village” brand industrial parks all over China. Client need to only focus on their

business, Eastern American takes care of all aspects of building and managing the

buildings.
