Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.

• the objective of the business or project
• identifying the internal and external factors
(that are supportive or unsuitable to achieving that objective. )

• SWOT is often used as part of a strategic planning process, but
can be useful in understanding an organisation or situation and
decision-making for all sorts of situations.

• Characteristics of the business or team that give it an
advantage over others in the industry.
