SWOT ANALYSIS ON REITS IN MALAYSIA The Panelists En. Kamalul Arifin Othman En. Kamalul Arifin Othman is the Chief Executive Officer of AmProperty Trust Management Berhad (AmPTMB). Prior to joining AmPTMB in 1991 as Property Manager, he was with Rahim & Co. Chartered Surveyors Sdn. Bhd. and Permodalan Nasional Berhad. He is also a Director of AMMB Properties Sdn. Bhd. En. Kamalul was also lecturing on part-time basis at the Department of Estate Management, Faculty of Architecture, Surveying and Planning, MARA University of Technology from 1990 to 1994. En. Kamalul holds a Bachelor of Estate Management (Honours) from the MARA University of Technology and MBA from Ohio University, Athens, USA. He is a member of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia and Malaysian Institute of Management.
