• is not only focussed on leisure and holidays: internationally more and more businesses are relying on thisindustry

Implementation Concept
• All training is based on Swiss dual educational system
• Mandatory co-operation with local hotels and restaurants
• Duration of programs and contents are relying on desiredoutput competencies
• We will train local people - with respective basic skills and industrial experience - to lecturers and can thus keep costs on a reasonable level
• Combination of Swiss educational quality with global hospitality standards and worldwide experience
Phases of Implementation
Typically the following steps are necessary:
1. Conception Phasedefining concept, setting output qualification, legal and financial framework, identifying local partners, etc. (1 month)
2. Feasibility Studyfeasibility study with analysis of market demand, detailed educational concept, infrastructural needs and draft financial concept (2 – 3 month)
3. Business Plan detailed business plan with all necessary concepts, detailed educational programsincluding contents and financial planning (3 – 6 month)
4. Implementationbuilding of the school (if necessary), train the trainers, marketing to get students, start and accompanying of the students during first batch (3 month to 3 years)
