From the ClinicMarch is colorectal cancer awareness month. Among cancers that affect both men & women, colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths in the US and the risk increases with age. Talk with your physician about regular screenings, stay physically active, keep a healthy weight, limit your alcohol intake and don’t smoke. For more information go to www.cdc.gov/cancer/colorectal.

It's been quite a winter with rain, sun, snowflakes and yes, more rain. Thankfully seasons change and Daniel reminds us “He changes times and seasons; he removes kings and sets up kings; he gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding.” (2:21).
