The Summer is a special time: vacation, sun, heat. Food and fruits to hydrate,

light meals, healthy and refreshing is that you need to feel great in this

season. Here are three delicious dishes for you to enjoy this summer.

This recipe is a slight variation on the now famous great

Italian lasagna. Use seasonal vegetables and can be varying

it according to your tastes. You can substitute zucchini for

eggplant. You can also add sauteed onions. Is that you can

make a vegetable lasagna for you. We recommend the

following:

INGREDIENTS:

*2 zucchini

*2 tomatoes

*12 green asparagus

*3 yellow peppers

*2 slices of cooked ham

*150 gr. cheese

*flour and beaten egg (for coating)

*water, extra virgin olive oil

salt and parsley

PREPARATION:

1. For the sauce, in a pan with a little oil to cook the peppers put

cortaditos. Season, fry and add a splash of water. Cook for 15-20

minutes. Crush and strain.

2. Cut the zucchini lengthwise. Dry the slices well, passes flour and

beaten egg and fry in a pan with oil.

3. Also, Boil the asparagus in a saucepan of salted water for 5-6

minutes. Drain and splits in half.

4. Place in an oven tray suitable for a slice of zucchini, top with 2-3

slices of tomato, put half slice of ham on top and sprinkle with grated

INGREDIENTS:

· 1 Lettuce

· 1 boiled egg

· 200 grams. Baked Chicken Breast Grilled

· 150 g of parmesan cheese

· Juice of 1 lemon

· 1 clove garlic

· Sliced bread toasted and cut into large

squares

PREPARATION:

Wash the lettuce and cut into chunks. Cut chicken into strips and add to lettuce.

Cut into squares boiled egg, add it to the mixture and stir to mix everything.

Dress the salad with the clove of crushed garlic, lemon juice, mustard and a little oil and stir.

Finally add the toasted bread salad and Parmesan cheese (this is the end both as decoration as to not soak,

as the consistency and taste change to be a long time).

INGREDIENTS:

* 1-1/4 cups cold milk, divided

* 1/4 cup sour cream.

* 3 tablespoons sugar

* 2-1/4 cups baking mix of general

purpose

* 1 package (3 oz) vanilla instant pudding

* 1 package (8 ounces) frosting

4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

* 1/3 cup sugar

PREPARATION:

Heat oven to 425 ° F.

Place 1/2 cup milk, sour cream and 3 tbsp. sugar in a large

bowl and beat with a whisk rods, until well blended. Add

• Dinner: 100 gr. beef, 100 gr. lettuce and pickle, infusion.

WEDNESDAY

• Breakfast: 1 glass of papaya juice, 1 toast, 40 gr. fresh

cheese.

• Lunch: 100 gr. of ollucos (also known as potato tuber

smooth) cooked, 100 grams of chicken breast, 1 tbsp. parsley,

salad 1/2 cup. broccoli, 1 cup water, 2 table oranges.

• Dinner: 100 gr. turkey breast, 1 cup salad. eggplant and 1/2

cup. of alverjitas, infusion.

THURSDAY

• Breakfast: 1 cup. tea (infusion), 2 toasts, 200 gr. pineapple

• Lunch: 100 gr. sweated fish with tomatoes, 100 gr. rice,

salad 100 gr. lettuce, 1/2 cup. of radishes, 1 cup of water.

• Dinner: 100 gr. beef grilled, salad, 1 cup. skim milk.

FRIDAY

• Breakfast: 1 cup. skim milk, 1 bread, 2 boiled egg whites.

• Lunch: 100 gr. leg of chicken, 100 gr. cooked quinoa,

salad, 1 cup water, 2 tangerines.

• Dinner: 100 gr. turkey, 1 1/2 c. broccoli, tea or skim milk.

SATURDAY

• Breakfast: 1 infusion, 1 loaf, 40 gr. cheese, 2 peaches.

• Lunch: 100 gr. pumpkin puree, 100 gr. of corn (elote),

cooked, 1/2 cup. of alverjitas, 100 gr. beef, 1 cup water, 200

gr. papaya.

• Dinner: 100 gr. steamed fish, 1/2 cup. green beans, 1 cup.

carrots, tea or skim milk.

SUNDAY

• Breakfast: 1 tza. Coffee, 2 toast, 1 egg, 200 gr. pineapple.

• Lunch: 100 gr. beef, 1 cup. chickpea, zarsa criolla (onion

and 1 tomato), 1 cup water, 1 slice of papaya.

• Dinner: 100 gr. boiled chicken, salad 1/2 and 4 asparagus

eggplant, 1 cup. milk. skim.
