Sweet Potato (Kamote) Fritters 

Ingredients: 

1 kilo kamote (sweet potatoes), peeled3/4 cup brown sugar3 cups all-purpose

flour

1 cup water

1 & 1/2 cups corn oil

How to make Sweet Potato Fritters: 

  Cut peeled sweet potato into thin strips.

  Mix brown sugar and flour with water and stir thoroughly.

 

Coat sweet potato or kamote with sugar and flour mixture.  Prepare 3 tablespoons of flattened kamote mixture.

  Deep fry in corn oil until golden brown.
