SWEAT SYDNEY is renowned for having the biggest and best running groups in Sydney. It is based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and is expanding. We also provide ONE on ONE personalized sessions for runners who require extra attention with issues such as race tactics, pace judgment, running technique and motivation.

  • Sean Williams started up a running group in 1999 which combined high schoolers with adult runners. The group evolved into a mix of some of the top high school and elite runners in Australia. SWEAT has since expanded to its current 6 groups, with multiple coaches.

  • 6 different running groups for(Kids, Recreational, Intermediate/Advanced, Evening, Late Morning and Elite).6:15 am Monday-Friday, Centennial Park, Sydney7:30 am Saturday & Sunday, Centennial Park, Sydney4:00 pm Monday-Friday, Centennial Park, Sydney6.15 pmWednesday only , Esmarks Field, SydneyOne on One and online coaching alsoavailable.

  • Sessions include warm-up, stretching, drills, strides, speed work, cool-down. These sessions will help you in pace judgment for races.Private one on one coaching sessions are available for runners who require special attention.Runners are preparing for distance racesvarying from 800m up to ultra-marathons.
