To edit your profile, click “Edit” or “Add” next to
the information section you want to edit.
Here is the information you can edit:
● Personal information
● Biography
● Social Media
● Contact details
● Company
● Additional fields added by the organizer
ACCESS YOUR EXHIBITION
STAND
Once your personal profile is created, you can visit your stand
1. By clicking on on your company logo in the Exhibition section 2. By clicking on the button « Exhibitor center » in the drop down
menu to access your exhibition profile

PROFILE
To edit the information on your exhibition profile( your company description, contact details,adddocuments etc) simply click on the EDIT or ADD.
ADD/REMOVE TEAM MEMBERS
To manage the members attached to your exhibiting entity, go to "Team Members". You can then view all your collaborators, delete or add them.
To add a member, click on the button at the top right of your screen.
If this person already has a Swapcard account, they will automatically be attached to your exhibitor account.
If this person does not have a Swapcard account, indicate at least his first and last name so that an account can be automatically created for him.
HOW TO MANAGE MY MEETINGS
FROM EVENT INTERFACE
If you see time slots appearing on your exhibitor
profile, it means that the organiser has allowed
scheduling meetings on this event. By clicking on
your profil a participant can view the appointment
slots for which you are available.
You can manage your availabilities going on your profile from the "My Event“ – “My meetings”. You can view your appointments, cancel them and manage your availability. Be careful! A meeting slot is blocked
when a request is made or received,
even if it is not validated.

MEETING MANAGER FROM YOUR BACK OFFICE
To view and manage all the meetings of your team, go to
the « Meetings » tab of the menu sidebar.
In this section you can:
• Display the meetings of one or all members of your
team
• Filter meetings by status: Pending, Validated or
Cancelled
• Assign an appointment request to a member of your
team: click on the chosen appointment, then in the
window that appears, enter the name of your
collaborator, then validate.
• Cancel an appointment request: click on the
appointment you have chosen, then in the window that
appears, select
ASSIGN A TEAM MEMBER TO A MEETING
In your exhibitor center, you can manage yourteammates meetings.
Go to the « Meetings » tab and see all your team meetings during the event.
To assign or change a teammate to a meeting, click on the meeting and choose the team member you want to assign.
HOW TO RUN MEETINGS 1 TO MANY BY USING THE ROUNDTABLE OPTION
With Roundtables, any exhibitor will have the possibility to organise a small information session to present his/her stand during networking times on 30 June.
All Speakers of the session and all Organisation members are moderators of the Roundtable, who will have specific rights when joining the call. They can use on-screen actions to be able to:- Mute anyone in the call- Remove someone from Stage - ie: Deactivate the participant's
camera- Kick anyone out of the call- Only Moderators can share their screen in a Roundtable
Roundtables are set up by the organiser. As a
speaker of the session you have moderator rights
with the ability to mute, remove people from stage
(remove their camera) and exclude them from the
roundtable.
A Roundtable can have Moderators and up to
100 participants (moderators included).
8 max with their camera on and 50 max
with their microphone on at the same time.

HOW TO RUN MEETINGS 1 TO MANY BY USING THE ROUNDTABLE OPTION
To access your Interactive Information Session / Roudtable (if any), you need to click on the button “Interactive Information Sessions” on the home page/tool bar.
You will then find the list of all the information sessions that are scheduled during networking times. Click on your session and click on « JOIN ».
You will be able to connect 20 minutes in advance to test all the functionnalities of the rountable.
HOW TO RUN MEETINGS 1 TO MANY BY USING THE ROUNDTABLE OPTION
By clicking on “Enter Full Screen”, you will access the Live Discussion.This way, you will be able to see if the audience have questions by clicking on “Questions”.
Once connected, you will be muted and your camera will be off by default.
You will have the possibility to share your screen, to see the participants and to record the meeting by clicking on the 3 dots.

EXHIBITOR AREA / SHARED CONTACT
By going to the "Shared Contacts" tab, you can view all
the contacts collected by you and your team before,
during, and after the event.
Only the contacts of your collaborators who have enabled
the contact sharing option will be displayed, in addition to
yours. Check that all your collaborators have activated it.

All sessions are located in the "Agenda " section. You have the possibility to bookmark the sessions that interest you to create yourpersonalized agenda. By clicking on a session, visualize who is leading it.
EVENT AGENDA
NB: During Networking Times on 30 June, you will be able to register to Information Sessions held by some exhibitors.
There are several ways to access
an ongoing live session.
From your Event Home, click the “Live” button. If there
is a live session, the live button should also be present
as a tab on the top navigation bar.
You will get redirected to the ongoing session, or the
following one if nothing is happening at that time.
You can also access it from the “AGENDA” or
“My Event” tab. Click on the ongoing session
to reach the session page.

When selecting a session, you can click on “Live Discussion” on the bottom right of the page to chat with other attendees, ask
questions to the speakers, and answer polls if any.
You can react and answer to other people’s messages, or delete your message by clicking on the three dots next to it.
Questions will be sorted by upvotes where the most liked questions will rise to the top.
