We support people with different types of complex care and support needs in registered care services and through supported living and outreach support. These are existing times at Swanton and this is a key role in taking the quality, compliance and governance agenda forward. . A little bit about us About the Role Head of Governance & Quality To support compliance and continuous improvement we are seeking a qualified nurse to work with all our services nationally to embed the quality and governance strategy. Undertaking audits and monitoring visits regularly the successful candidate will work with services and Regional Directors to embed an outcome focused culture. The postholder will gather qualitative data for reporting and analysis as well as assisting in the design and implementation of new electronic records. You will utilise your previous extensive experience in a similar role to work with the training team to ensure that training plans are written and delivered to support quality initiatives. To be shortlisted for this post you will have at least 5 years in a nursing role demonstrating a keen interest in quality issues, with experience of working in a social care environment. As this role is based remotely with national travel, a self starter with the ability to work under their own initiative is essential.
