Swan Lake Commemorative Pavers

Be a permanent part of the future of Hershey Gardens by purchasing a personalized paver to be installed around historic Swan Lake, just across from the Milton & Catherine Hershey Conservatory.

Swan Lake, initially called the Reflecting Pool, was part of the original Hershey Rose Garden Milton Hershey created in 1937.Harry Erdman,who designed theoriginal garden, always favored thepond, calling it“the magnificenterosion gully thatresulted from theconstruction ofthe hotel…it made a wonderful pond for irrigation and ornamentation.”

In the mid-1950s, Hershey Gardens introduced swans in thepond, leading to its current name, “Swan Lake.”
