Boriska Rocha worked for 10 years in the

labor area of Machado Meyer Advogados,

and in the past 6 years she was the partner

responsible for the area at CFA (in

cooperation with the international firm

Garrigues). She is focused on assisting and

termination of key employees and strategic

litigation. She has obtained her LL.M from

King’s College London (2006) and is ranked

by the legal directories Chambers Latin

America, Who’s Who Legal and Legal 500.

Fernando Martins has 17 years of experience

in the tax area, focusing on tax consulting,

M&A (due diligence and tax structuring),

cross border taxation and tax planning for

companies and individuals. He was a partner

at KPMG, where he worked for 12 years, two

of them in Germany as leader of Brazilian

desk. He was also a tax partner at Grant

Thornton Brazil for 2 years and the head of

the tax practice at WFaria Advogados for 3

years. Lawyer and certified accountant,

with a postgraduate degree in Business

Administration from FGV-SP.
