If we use AAC blocks in place of Red bricks of same thickness then reinforcement consumption in

building shall reduce from 10 to 21 percent approximately. Consumption of reinforcement in building

due to used AAC blocks depends on following parameters :

The roof of the South and West towers to have a pergola structure supporting the solar hot water

systems and solar PV’s . These roofs also treated with an overdeck XPF insulation and finished

with a high albedo material.

cooling can be adopted to increase

energy efficiency.

Good quality air cooling by air washer & fresh air exhaust system can drastically decrease the temp up to 26°C when out side temp is 45°C

Using innovative air cooling methods increases oxygen content in air and improve

health of the inhabitants as compared to the air conditioned spaces which with

continuous use increases CO2 content for which ozonisers are being used.
