Web-based training is an ideal solution where time and resources pose a huge challenge in todayʼs world. The content has been developed by our training and development team in a simple format that allows the user to learn at their own pace, at any time, in any location, at their convenience.

Custodial Services and General Training

A Documented Learning Solution

Swish eLearning offers a variety of General Training as well as Custodial Services Cleaning Programs. Our Custodial Cleaning Program is divided into 16 courses, with 59 modules. This program takes approximately three hours to complete. The technique modules cover four major areas including Health and Safety, Equipment and Supplies, Step-by-Step Procedures and Quality Tips. WHMIS and Pandemic Prepardness are courses also available online.

Documented Training and CertificationAfter having successfully completed all training modules and quizzes in a course, the user can then generate a certificate to recognize their learning accomplishments. Course certificates are produced as PDF files and can then be printed or saved from the web. Many customers choose to place a copy in each learnerʼs employee file.

There are also individual and group summary reports available that document learning progress and completion of training. This is a helpful resource in meeting health and safety due diligence requirements and in monitoring employeesʼ learning progress.
