EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVES
Economic Empowerment, as we understand it, should entail new, creative, diverse strategies for genuine capacitating of
designated groups at all levels so as to effectively spread the benefits of the transformation. The strategies should
include broadened ownership, training and procurement and self-management opportunities for black people, women
and the disabled. It should focus on redressing the historical imbalances in economic ownership and wealth, and in our
case skills base consolidation.
STRATEGIC ALLIANCES
The Company members have, over the years, continually demonstrated interest, enthusiasm and capacity in the project

direct and extensive involvement of its HDIs in relevant projects. The project team for this assignment has been selected
to provide as much opportunity as possible for HDIs at all levels thus enabling increased experience and responsibility
throughout the project cycle. The members have also worked on CMIP related project as engineers in the rural and urban
areas. The practice has formed alliances with Black Economic Empowerment Companies and Established Companies in
South Africa to assist it with large projects that it may not have the capacity to handle. These alliances have been formed
