Reference 3: NUREG- 1433, Standard Technical Specifications, General Electric Plants, BWR/4, Revision 1, dated Apri/1995. By a letter dated February 1, 2017 (Reference 2) Susquehanna Steam Electric Station (SSES) submitted a proposed License Amendment Request to SSES Units 1 and 2 Operating Licenses NPF-14 and NPF-22 to adopt Technical Specification Task Force Traveler TSTF-522-A, Revision 0 "Revise Ventilation System Surveillance Requirements to Operate for 10 Hours per Month." This amendment would modify the Technical Specifications (TS) by changing the run time of monthly Surveillance Requirements (SR) for the Standby Gas Treatment and Control Room Emergency Outside Air Supply Systems from 10 hours to 15 minutes. Subsequent to submitting the amendment request, an administrative change was identified in the Unit 1 and 2 TS mark ups. Specifically, TS 3.7.3 Control Room Emergency Outside Air Supply (CREOAS) Systems SR 3. 7.3 .1 states, " ... with the heaters operable." The surveillance should state," ... with the heaters operating." This administrative language change aligns TS 3.7.3, SR 3.7.3.1 with the existing language in TS 3.6.4.3 Standby Gas Treatment (SGTS) System, SR 3.6.4.3.1. Additionally, this change aligns with the language within NUREG-1433 Rev 1 (Reference 3) and TSTF-522-A, Rev 0 (Reference 1).
