In the last fifteen years, the KKC scholarship program has support- ed many students from our partner villages who need financial support for their education. The beneficiaries are students with good educational achievement from poorer off families. To date, KKC has supported around 200 students to advance their educa- tion at High Schools and University level in Palangka Raya and the surrounding area. In addition to funding from the company, the KKC scholarship program has been supported by Susila Dharma Canada, a Canadian social organization, since 2009. Current funding supports up to 100 students every year.
