Life at the Academy is full of hard work, challenges and pressure. Cadets need to relax and enjoy entertainment and recreation. While the Arnold Hall Student Center and nearby facilities provide some of what your cadet needs, only you can provide that special tender loving care with your thoughtfulness.

This catalog explains how you can arrange for special gifts and activities for your cadet. The USAFA 10th Force Support Squadron offers everything your cadet could want or need, ranging from laundry services to transportation. Whether you want to encourage your cadet to attend Cadet Only Events in our state-of-the-art 2,809-seat theater, help your cadet learn to fly, or make holiday bus arrangements to and from airports, let this catalog serve as your guide. If you want to join your cadet at the Academy for some great entertainment, lodging and travel information is provided inside this brochure.

Here you will find the means to surprise, reward or congratulate your cadet or simply say, “I’m thinking of you.” Inside includes an order form for cadet laundry services. Feel free to copy the form or call the number to place a service.

Keep Your Cadet Looking Sharp at Cadet Laundry Give your cadet the gift of time. We all know how busy a cadet’s life is. Between academic studies and military training, cadets don’t have much extra time to do their laundry. Now there’s an answer. Family and friends may purchase gift cards for our drop-off service. We provide wash, dry and folding service as close to mom’s as you can get. In fact, with your gift and our staff, they’ll think they’re back home. What a great gift for a birthday, holiday or any special occasion! For only $8, your cadet can have ten pounds of clothes transformed from mess to meticulous. (This is an optional service for freshmen, as they have mandatory linen exchange.) Keep your cadet looking sharp while giving them one less thing to worry about. See order form on page 13. Call 719-333-4563 or 719-333-2615.
