Purpose of Assessment

Survey ini adalah untuk memberikan advis dan rekomendasi kepada crew rig pelatihan untuk dan bagaimana

memelihara peralatan solid control, dengan beberapa aktivitas sbb:

Periksa kondisi dan kinerja solid control equipment yang ada saat ini

Membuat rekomendasi untuk memperbaiki kinerja peralatan yang ada saat ini, peralatan baru atau

tambahan peralatan termasuk spare part yang diperlukan.

Memberikan rekomendasi untuk penggunaan screen.

This survey are to give technical advice and make recommendation to rig crew training on and how to maintain the

solid control equipment, with activities as following :

To check the condition and performance of existing solid control equipment.

To make recommendation for improving performance of existing equipment where possible, and

recommended new or additional equipment including spare parts are needed. To give screen usage recommendation.

Areas of Con cern, Recommendat ions , Evaluat ions, etc.

INFORMATION

Pada saat kedatangan saya di lokasi, situasi kegiatan rig terkait drilling telah selesai dan sudah tidak

memungkinkan lagi untuk melakukan tes pada semua unit dengan lumpur atau air karena tanki lumpur dalam

kondisi kosong. Maka saya hanya dapat melakukan visual check dan function test tanpa lumpur atau air.

Unit yang ada di rig adalah sebagai berikut:

3 shale shaker tipe King Cobra Venom

1 mud cleaner (8 item 4”cones di atasnya) tipe King Cobra Mud Conditioner

1 Desander tipe Brandt stand alone

1 Desilter tipe Brandt stand alone

1 Degasser tipe DG12

3 Centrifugal pump 8x6x14 dengan elektrik motor 75 HP

When I came in rig site, drilling activities have been finished so that it was impossible to run testing for all unitswith mud or water because of mud tank was empty. Thus, I just had been done visual checking and function

testing without mud or water.

Pada saat pemeriksaan visual shale shaker ditemukan sbb :

Banyak nit rile cross seals dalam kondisi rusak pada setiap shale shaker

Grommets & screws yang patah

Springs yang sudah kaku dan tidak flexible G-force yang rendah

Dalam pergantian screen di shale shaker memerlukan waktu yang lama dan berisiko jari terluka.

(lihat lampiran maintenance work sheet dan vibrator analysis)

When visual checking on shale shaker, there were found for as follows:

A lot of nit rile cross seals were damaged on every shale shaker

Grommets and screws were broken

Springs were not flexible

Lower G-force

It was been taken long time when replaced screen on shale shaker. Besides, the finger potentially will be

injured because of this risky activity.

REKOMENDASI

Mengganti nit rile cross seals yang rusak pada setiap shale shaker

Mengganti grommets & screws yang patah pada setiap shale shaker

Mengganti springs yang sudah kaku dan tidak flexible pada setiap shale shaker Memeriksa G-force setelah penggantian spring pada setiap shaker

Menyediakan spare part dalam jumlah yang memadai

Berhati-hati pada saat pergantian screen

Replace all of nit rile cross seals were damaged on every shale shaker

Replace grommets & screws were broken on every shale shaker

Replace springs were not flexible on every shale shaker

Check G-force after replacement springs on every shaker

Provide spare parts in appropriate number

Be careful when replacement screen
