Sanjeev Jugroop is a high-performing HR Professional with more than 25 years’ experience at a
Generalist level who is currently completing his Master’s Degree in Employment Relations. He holds an IPM
Diploma from the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM SA). Apart from this, he holds an E-Commerce
Masters Diploma from the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT). Sanjeev is also an IT
Specialist in the field of HR & Payroll Systems. Furthermore, he also holds a BTech degree in Human
Resource Management from UNISA specialising in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations and
Training & Development. Sanjeev has worked in Corporate Blue Chip Companies as well as Government

Consultant, Sanjeev was Group HR Manager before being promoted to Senior Manager: Strategic HR

transforming the Tiger Brands Group from a BBBEE Level 8 to Level 3 status within a period of 5 years. He
