• In response to the February 14 Pulwama terror attack, which claimed the lives of over 40 Central Reserve Police Forec (CRPF) personnel, the Indian Air Force (IAF) on Tuesday destroyed a major terrorist camp in Pakistan.

Confirming the attack, Foreign Secretary Vijay Gokhale said credible intelligence was received that Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) was attempting another suicide terror attack in various parts of the country and fidayeen jihadis were being trained for this purpose.
