Institute Goals To create a common understanding of the PLC Expansion
Project, and the support available for schools and districts
To examine the purpose, structures, and protocols for building an effective PLC
To experience and practice the work of effective PLCs
To use the PLC structures to explore individual schools/districts focus of inquiry, develop a body of work and implementation plan for key initiatives for the rest of the year.
