Albert JP Thuwissen is coauthor of many technical solid state imaging papers and has written a textbook named Solid State Imaging with Charge Coupled Devices.HeisamemberoftheSteeringCommitteeoftheIEEEInternationalWorkshop on Charge-Coupled Devices and Advanced Image Sensors workshop and founder of the Walter Kosonocky Award, which highlights the best paper inthefieldofsolid-stateimagesensors.AlbertJPTheuwissenisalsoanIEEEFellow, a member of the editorial board of the magazine Photonics Spectra, andamemberofSPIE.

DrGuichard’sresearchinterestsincludedigitalphotography,imageprocessing,computer vision and applied math. He has published more than fifty papers in international journals and conferences and also has more than thirty patents. Duringhiscareer,FredericGuichardhasreceivedseveralawardsincludingthe1996 Prix Sciences et Défense and the grand prize of the French Academy of Sciences which he won in 2006.
