• It is mandatory that you work directly with your AIS Customer Service Representative for all COM related testing and orders. They will provide all necessary forms to you, as well as work with you with regard to sending in correct yardage and where to send it, along with necessary RA# or #s. Please note an RA must be submitted along with the fabric for testing, as well as an RA created for an actual order.

• Please Note: A three to five yard sample is required for testing and approval for use on all monolithic panel systems. A one yard sample is required for testing and approval on Divi Insert Tiles, Matrix Tiles, flipper doors and tackboards. We may be able to test upholstery fabrics with a swatch, your Customer Service Representative will advise based on the fabric being tested; otherwise a 1 yard sample must be submitted for testing. Results take 48 - 72 hours.

• Customer Service must be advised as to the width of the fabric rolls being supplied (54”W or 60”W). Customer Service must also be advised if the fabric has a backer. • Yardage required for the job must be calculated by an AIS Customer Service Rep.• Once AIS has approved the COM fabric, a fabric sample needs to be marked by the dealer with “Front”, “Top”, and “Bottom”, to be sure fabric is applied correctly. The fabric

sample then needs to be attached to a COM Fabric Dealer Form and forwarded to AIS Customer Service. Combination Support Leg is available in black, brushed steel, or (for an upcharge) leg can be paint-ed a standard color. With a unique set of adapters, legs can be converted from standard peninsula legs to equal height mobile legs, extended mobile legs, nesting legs, or extended height legs. Standard legs are sold in a kit with one 24 3/4” leg (black or brushed steel), one 2 11/16” extender and one 7/16” high glide with 1” of adjustment. Standard legs can be converted to mobile legs and back with the same base leg unit. Casters are ordered separately. Ex-tender, glide and caster are always black. Legs ship disassembled and flat.

Matrix mounting brackets are under the unit, where as AO2, DiVi, and MWall brackets are at the ends. These brackets consume 3” of the panel hanger frame at the top.

Frameless Modesty-Mount Glass Screens are designed to mount from the bottom of worksurfaces or other flat surfaces. Modesty-mount glass screens include two mounting brackets which are available in a matte chrome finish only. Screens over 48” in length come with a third bracket. 3/8” 3Form is also available, contact AIS Customer Service for pricing. Modes-ty-Mount Glass Screens have a 1/2” pre-drilled holes to accept 1/4” set screws which work in conjunction with the mounting brackets. The set screws act as a safety device to prevent the glass from slipping from the brackets.

Universal Linear Side-Mount Screens - Hard Surface are designed to side-mount on worksurfaces and span between the top and bottom of the worksurface. Side-mount clamps and hardware are supplied and allow for vertical adjustment of the screens. Hard surface screens may be configured several different ways: laminate both sides, laminate front/white board back, laminate front/fabric back, white board both sides and white board front/fabric back. The screens are wrapped in a painted extruded aluminum. All screen sizes are Actual Dimension less 1/8”. Screen thickness from front to back is 3/8”. Alu-minum wrapping is 1” thick and creates a 1 1/2” frame around the screen from front view. Screen with fabric on one side one is not tackable. Universal Linear Screens may be used with the Worksurface Rail. 66” and 72” wide screens are only available with non-directional fabrics. Directional fabrics may be used on these widths if rail roading the fabric during application to the screen is allowed.
