Employment contract management - indefinite, fixed term, part time, 0 hours, probation period management, offers, job descriptions
Employee handbook adapted to organisation culture
Advise on local country guidelines and actions as per local legislation - standard set of policies
Performance improvement plan documentation
Termination documentation (excl payroll related paperwork)
Benefits advice (if a project is required, then billed on an hourly rate)
