In order to promote the “Creation of international-domestic bidirectional business through collaboration between IT-related companies in Okinawa and IT-related companies elsewhere in Japan and in Asia”, and “Overseas expansion beginning with Asia” being carried out by IT-related companies within Okinawa Prefecture, assistance with costs for software and other product development (including upgrading and local specifications) and promotional activities, as well as advice and other hands-on support is provided.

Assistance with costs for creating cloud services facilitating collaboration and cooperation between the IT industry and the tourism, agriculture, forestry, fishing, and other industries using data centers within Okinawa Prefecture, as well as offering advice and other hands-on support.

In order to promote the establishment of Asian businesses in Okinawa and the expansion of Okinawa-based companies into the Asian market, efforts have been made to build and expand a human network by inviting managers and IT engineers of Asian IT companies and dispatch managers, etc., of Okinawa-based IT companies to deepen ties through joint training programs, seminars, etc.

❶ Inviting IT engineers (bridge SE, etc.) from the Asia region to conduct various training programs, seminars and visits to IT-related facilities in Okinawa.

❷ Inviting individuals related to IT companies in the Asian region (managers, etc.) to introduce IT industry promotion measures in Okinawa and hold meetings for opinion exchanges with individuals related to Asian IT companies.

❸ Dispatching managers, etc., of Okinawa-based IT companies to the Asian region to hold meetings for opinion exchanges with individuals related to Asian IT companies.
