Product Centers centralize a product’s most frequently used resources in one convenient location so customers can easily:

• Become familiar with a new product in Getting Started offering a collection of top-rated “how-to” knowledge base articles, videos and other resources that can be filtered by version, related categories or resource type

• Find answers quickly in the Troubleshooting section with access to resources that address common issues, with the most helpful content prominently displayed

• Expand your product expertise through the Learn & Explore section offering recommended training, events, industry papers, and more

• Download your products’ latest versions and update releases, release documentation and system requirements information

• Access the most up-to-date documentation resources, as well as prior versions, available in both HTML and PDF formats

• Create and submit a support case to a support engineer to promptly address more complex issues

streamlined experience, the dashboard can be easily customized to focus only on the products of greatest interest. Access to other resources from the My Products dashboard include:

• Notifications such as support expiration alerts, training registrations, download availability

• At-a-glance support case updates, plus one-button access to support case history or to open a new case

Product Centers for each productEach product displayed on the My Products dashboard leads to its own Product Center where you will find clearly organized content structured by key topics.

At the center of it all is a powerful and prominent search functionality focused on relevancy, performance and organi-zation. Two options provide customers with maximum flexibility: searching within a Product Center to find results for that specific product, or a global search that expands across all of your products. Results can be further refined by version and content type.

Account Center for license, order, contact and other administrative resourcesSystem administrators and other users will find the Account Center provides everything they need in one convenient location, including:

• Comprehensive licensing information with flexible viewing options

• Complete order history – individual orders can be drilled down to confirm part numbers, host/server ID, access authorization codes and download software

• Contact phone numbers personalized to your product(s) preferences, site, and region

• Site and user detail enables system administrators to see the number of users registered by each site, review Support Center activity, and activate/deactivate access levels

• Administrators can also invite new users and streamline their registration to Support Center
