Speaker Details Dale is an emerging business continuity professional in the financial services and not-for-profit sector. Working in Retail Banking for 22 years in varying roles and moving into BCM in 2009. Dale is one of two

BCM partners to Technology & Operations @ NAB, with the division encompassing some 8,100 employees.

With outsourced service providers essential to NABs success, in 2014 Dale developed process and planning for Supply Chain Continuity Management exercises with the support of internal and external stakeholders, to ensure continued service to customers at acceptable predefined levels during incidents.

Holding an AMBCI, in 2014, 2015 & 2016 he was a finalist in the BCI Australasia awards, completed his Diploma of Business Continuity in 2015, a 2016 BCI Vic/Tas forum committee member and RMIA Vic/Tas SIG member.
