eCPAST Supplier Quote Sheet (SQS) Application
• IAC’s Supplier Quote Sheet (SQS) Application provides an electronic system for tracking and quoting ECN’s and RFQ’s for Production material.
• Only registered users to the SQS Application will be able to view and enter quotations.
• If you require access to this application, please contact your Supplier Administrator. If you are unsure who this person is, please contact your IAC Buyer for assistance.

eCPAST Supplier Quote Sheet (SQS) Application
• In the event you are asked to provide a quotation to IAC for Production Material, you will receive an email with a link to the request along with a copy of the IAC Cost Breakdown form. This form is required for all quotations in addition to the online submission. The form should be emailed to the IAC Buyer who has sent the request.
• If you do not have a link to access a particular request, you may log into the IAC eCPAST Supplier application at https://srmaccess.iacna.com and follow the steps on the following pages.

Enter your case-sensitive User
Name and Password, then click on “OK” to
continue.

Enter option 1 for Requisition Processing
Select “Supplier Quote Sheet”
under the Corp. Purchasing Menu.

The SQS home screen will be displayed. This screen is
considered your Quote inbox.

The top half of the screen shows open quotations that were sent to the current user
logged on.

The bottom half of the screen shows open quotations that were
sent to other members of your company.

Note: Anyone from your company with access to the SQS application can answer
quotations on behalf of your company, regardless of the person they were sent to.
The quote response will always be entered in the name of the person who responds.

By clicking on the “My Submitted Quotes” or “Other Submitted Quotes” hyperlink, the
screen will refresh to list all of the quotations that have been previously submitted (or answered) back to IAC. These quotes
cannot be modified.

Div (Division): IAC’s North America division is listed as “N”

Quote Type: RFQ (Request for Quotation) or ECN (Engineering Change Notice).

Quote #: The unique number identifier for the RFQ or ECN.

Program: The unique four-digit identifier specific to a program line. The code is
specifically defined inside of the request.

Causal Code: Identifies the action to be taken on a particular ECN or RFQ. (i.e.,
Initial Source, Design Change, Vendor Re-source, etc.) The code is defined within the
request.

Tool Amortization: If “Yes”, one or more parts on the quote require tooling to be amortized
in the piece price of the part.

Service Affected: A status of “yes” indicates that service parts will be affected by the change(s) on one or more parts being
requested for quote.

Subcontracting: Indicates if this request involves a subcontracting relationship.

Supplier Name: Displays the company name of the supplier.

Currency: Displays the currency code required for the quotation.

Supplier Contact: Displays the name of the individual at the supplier location that the
quote is directed to.

IAC Buyer: Displays the name of the Corporate Buyer who has issued the
quotation request.

Date Due: Displays the quotation due date. If the response has not been submitted by
the date provided by the Buyer, the due date will be hi-lighted in red as shown.

Rev (Reviewed): If the request has not yet been viewed by the supplier
organization, this will read “No.”
This flag will change to
“Yes” after the document is viewed for the first time.
