Acute serum from ZIKV-infected donors were tested by ELISA for the presence of IgG antibodies to A) whole ZIKV and DENV1-4 particles and B) recombinant ZIKV and DENV1-4 NS1 proteins. C) Acute serum neutralization of ZIKV-Para and DENV1-4. Neutralization assays were performed using a live virus plaque reduction assay. IC50 values represent the serum dilution at which viral infectivity is reduced by 50%.
