1. INTRODUCTION AND ORGANISATION

1.1 Interduction This competition will be held in compliance with Appendix A03 for Rally Show Manifestations 2020 issued by Croatian Car and Kart Federation (CCKF) and these Supplementary Regulations. Modifications, amendments and/or changes to these Supplementary Regulations will be announced only by numbered and dated Official Information and Bulletins (issued by the organizer or The Stewards of the meeting). Official Rally language is Croatian, so in a case of misinterpretation of the Supplementary Regulations in other languages, Croatian version will be taken as authoritative.

1.2 Special Stages

The event runs on special stages and liaison sections. Special Stages will take place on the roads closed for public traffic and liaison sections from service park to the start of Special Stage and back will take place on the roads open for public traffic. Special stages will be driven on a snow /gravel surface. Total distance of special stages: 48,83 km If the special stage cannot be started before 16:00 h, if there is significant damage to special stage surface or any other force majeure, Stewards of the Rally shall decide on the further continuation or discontinuation of the competition. Should competition is to be discontinued, final results will be announced based on available results from a last regular special stage driven. A decision on continuation/discontinuation shall be announced within 10 minutes after the decision is made on the Official notice board.

3. ENTRIES AND INSURANCE

3.1 Entry procedure Those who wish to take part at the „1. DELTA SNOW SHOW ČAZMA 2020“ must fill the Entry Form published at

www.deltasnowshow.net and send it duly completed before the closing date for entries. Co-driver details can be delivered at the Administrative checks. The received Entry and paid Entry fee are necessary for inclusion in the Entry List. Organizer without prior timely obligations is not obliged to assign a crew on the Entry list. The crews (driver and co-driver) who wish to participate will be allowed to compete without possession of their National Automobile Federation (ASN) Licence while valid driver's license is mandatory for all the drivers. Participants without possession of the valid driver's license can participate only as a co-driver member of the crew. Drivers aged 16. to 18. on the start day of the competition (01. 02. 2020) will be allowed to compete only with possession of their National Automobile Federation Licence and they must provide public notary document notarized by parents at Administrative checks. Participants aged 16. to 18. on the start day of the competition (01. 02. 2020) without possession of the National Automobile Federation Licence can compete only as a Co-Drivers. They must provide public notary document (which permits participation in Autosport) notarized by parents at Administrative checks. Closing date for entries is Friday, 24. 01. 2020 - 24:00 hrs. 3.2 Number of entrants The number of entrants is limited by 90.

If more than 90 entries are received, the Organizers reserve the right to extend this number or decide which entries will be not accepted or transferred to the waiting list.

The organizer has the right to reject the application of a particular crew without giving reasons why it was done. 3.3 Entry Fee Entry fee containing non-obligatory advertisements is payable as a voluntary contribution to the organization of the event.

3.4 Refunds Entry fee shall be refunded fully only to candidates whose entry has not been accepted or in the case of rally cancellation. Partial, 50% refunds shall be provided to competitors unable to participate due to „force majeure“ (confirmation of their ASN is neccessary) 3.5 Insurance With the organizer's insurance policy, the competitor is insured against the "third party" liability in accordance with the existing laws in Croatia at a minimum amount of 750,000.00 kn to cover "any damages incurred by the vehicle participating in the competition (facilities, etc.). An entrant, driver and co-driver, participate at their own risk and signs document „Declaration of Indemnity“ on an Entry form. An entrant participating in the rally waives the right to reimbursement from the Organizers for any accidents that could happen to themselves or their mechanic and guests in the area of competition. Organizers don't accept any liability towards entrants for any kind of injuries or property damages that might occur.

4. CARS AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT

4.1 Cars Cars need to be registered or have TEST TILES (only for croatian crews) and confirmation about technical exam not older than 30 days, as part of competition runs on roads open to public traffic. The use of turbocharger restrictor is optional, but it is recommended to use. Cars must have following safety devices installed which will be controlled at scrutineering:

safety roll-cage (according to FIA standards) handheld fire extinguisher with a valid check up date racing seats (can be with expired FIA homologation) racing harnesses (can be with expired FIA homologation) front bonnet pins marked towing eyes or straps on front and rear of the car battery disconnection main switch

4.2 Safety equipment

Competitor's safety equipment is subject to control at scrutineering and before the start of special stages. Competitors (driver and co-driver) are required to wear safety clothing according to FIA 8856-2000 or FIA 1986 Standard:

safety racing suit safety racing underwear-undershirt and underwear long pants safety racing balaclava safety racing socks safety racing boots safety racing gloves (only drivers)

Competitors must wear helmets that meet the requirements of the standards listed in FIA Technical List No. 25 of FIA Appendix L or that the FIA recognized by 30 June 2000. HANS® (head and neck support) device is not mandatory but is recommended.

4.3 Classes Cars will be deployed in one of the following four classes according to the engine capacity and rear-wheel drive (RWD) irrespectively of engine capacity.

5. TYRES AND FUEL

5.1 Tyres and fuel For the Prologue (SSS 1 Čazma) the choice of tyres is free. The use of studded tires is not permitted at the Prologue. For shakedown and Special Stages 2-5, the choice of tyres is free and tyres with studded tires are allowed. The start list will have separate crews with and without studes tyres.

6. ADVERTISING AND IDENTIFICATION

6.1 Advertising All advertising must comply with the Croatian Laws and mustn't be offensive in any way. The advertising of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages is forbidden in Croatia. The Organizer will assign to each crew two optional advertising stickers, rectangular in shape, 50 cm wide and 14 cm high, which shall be positioned below the competing front door panels, both right and left. Details regarding advertising shall be announced via Official Information or Bulletin. Should crew refuse non-obligatory advertisement, the double entry fee shall be applied as per Article 3.3. The Organizers reserve the exclusive right to place any kind of advertising in the Rally Headquarters and along the route of the Rally.

Any kind of advertising activities has to be approved by the Organizer.

6.2 Identification Competition numbers supplied by the Organizers must appear on the car during the entire rally and must be clean and visible at every Special Stage start:

Two front door panels measuring 67 cm wide by 17 cm high contained a number box which shall always be at the front of the panel.

Numerals will be 14 cm high and with a stroke width of 2 cm. Two Competition numbers for each rear side window which shall be 20 cm high with a stroke width of at least 2,5 cm. One Competition number for rear window shall be 14 cm high in the upper left corner of the window

The rally table, 43 cm wide and 21.5 in height, must be on the front bonnet. The starting numbers and tags are provided by the Organizer, and the issue is from 08:00 to 12:00 at the Administrative checks.

7. ISSUING OF THE ROAD BOOK

7.1 Reconnaissance

Recconnaissance of Shakedown, SS 2/4 Šimljanik 1/2 and SS 3/5 Gornji Milkeuš 1/2 will be held on Friday 31. 01. 2020. from 12:00 to 17:00 hrs.

WARNING: Special stages run on the same track in opposite directions. As the reconnaissance is in same time, crews are warned to take care of it.

Getting to know the SSS 1 Čazma track will be possible on Saturday 11 February 2020 from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm only by foot.

The number for the recce car, provided by the organizer, must be placed at the top in the centre of the windscreen, and it must be visible during the entire Recce. During the recce, three (3) paths in each direction are allowed. The Recce speed limit is 60 km/h.

8.2 Issuing of the Roadbook

Issuing of the Roadbook will be held on Friday 31. 01. 2020. from 12:00 to 17:00 hrs at Headquarter.

8. ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS AND SCRUTINEERING

8.1 Required documents:

Entry form completed and signed completely Evidence of entry fee payment Passport or ID Car identifications Licence issued by corresponding ASN (for licensed participants and all drivers aged 16- 18 year) Valid crew driver's licence in accordance with Article 4.1. Public notary document notarized by parents for paticipant aged 16 – 18 according to Article 4.1.

8.2 Administrative checks and Scrutineering

Administrative checks will be held on Saturday, 01. 02. 2020 from 08:00 to 11:00 at Headqurter „Christmas story“ 43240 Grabovnica, Ante Starčević street 132.

Scrutineering will be held on Saturday, 01. 02. 2020 from 8:30 to 11:30 in Service park „Christmas story“ 43240 Grabovnica, Ante Starčević street 132.

Each crew will perform Administrative checks and Scrutineering according to the schedule published with the final Entry list and confirmation of entry on Tuesday 28. 01. 2020.

9. OTHER PROCEDURES

9.1 Timing

The timing for Shakedown and Special stages will be in tenths of a second (10th part of a second). 9.2 Ceremonial start

An obligatory Ceremonial start will be held on Saturday 01. 02. 2020 at 17:00 hrs in Čazma, Kralj Tomislav street - GPS coordinates: N 45° 44.873'; E 16° 36.814' Crews are not requested to wear safety clothing and racing overalls during Ceremonial Start. All crews will start according to the published Start list. 9.3 Proceedings

Crews are obligated to check in at the time control (TC 0 – Service park exit) on time listed on the start list, keeping the existing order where they will be provided with a Time Card. After that will be Road section to TC 0A. For unregistered cars a column and an escort drive will be formed. After Ceremonial start cars will be situated on parking in Čazma, Kralj Tomislav street (TC 0B). From TC 0B is Road section to TC 1 and start oft he SSS-1 Čazma according to the starting list. After SS-1 Čazma crews will be back in Service park (TC 1A) From Service park (TC 1B/3B) is Road section to start of SS 2/4 Šimljanik 1/2. For unregistered cars a column and an escort drive will be formed to the start by Organizer. Start outside of scheduled time without penalty will be possible only after Clerk’s approval. Stoppage of Special Stage will be signalized by using the red flag. Once the red flag is spotted driver must immediately stop the car and follow Marshall’s or other Official's instructions. Should Special Stage be temporarily interrupted, stopped crews are not going to repeat the Stage but will be given estimated time according to Clerk oft he Course decision instead. Crews which don’t finish certain Special Stage due to technical issue or accident will be able to continue further competition by receiving the best time of their class +5 minutes added for each unfinished or not started Special Stage. Crews are obliged to inform Clerk of the Course or Secretary of the Rally at Rally HQ for an intention of restart and they will be provided with new time at which they need to check-in at the Time Control before next Special Stage start. During the competition, damaged cars along the Special Stage can be removed only by the organizer's tow trucks with Clerks permission. If crew wants to tow their cars, which is left at the Special stage, on their own, that will be possible only after the end of SS in question unless the Clerk of the Course does not make a different decision. 9.4 Procedure on Special Stage start Super special stage 1 – SSS Čazma After the starter hands the crew a time card with the start time, which counts as the start of the Road section, they are alerted to the traffic light where the red light is on. Drivers must be ready for a start within 30 seconds. Start time is marked by green light. After that, the driver must start Special stage within 5 seconds and the timing begins by passing the car through photocells that are 1 meter away from the starting line. In case the manual starting procedure is used, the Marshall at the start will give the crew a start sign with a appropriate flag. After that, driver must start Special stage within 5 seconds. Penalties: Should a crew take less than the estimated number of laps, they will be awarded the best time in that Special stage in the total order plus three (3) minutes. The time of the Special stage begins by passing the most prominent part of the car across the starting line.

9.5 Procedure on Special Stage 2 to 5 After the marshal at the start gives the crew the time card with the starting time, he will indicate the start lights with day time in hours, minutes and seconds. The lights will be red.

10 seconds before the start time digital clock will start to countdown rest seconds till start time.

5 seconds before the start time signal light will change from red to yellow. Start time will be signaled by changing yellow light to green which is tuned with start of start minute at clock. Green light continues to light untill 20 seconds after full minute and on 21 second green light is changed to red. At start line will be photocells which are conected to measuring equipment with printer, tuned with above mentioned system and which register false start. In case of manual start procedure, after giving to the crew the time card, marshal at the start will countdown outloud : 30” - 15” - 10” and last 5 seconds one by one. After the last 5 seconds passes, the sign for the start will be given to the crew.

9.6 Classification Classification will be determined by the aggregate of the times achieved in each of 5 (five) Special stages or less according to Article 2.2. of this Supplementary Regulations. The crew must start and finish the last Special Stage of competition to be listed in the final results of the rally.

9.7 Shakedown Shakedown will be held on Saturday 01. 02. 2020 from 12:00 to 15.00 hrs on course Sveti Vid (Orthodox Chapel of the Holy Prophet Amos) - Vučani 2.92 km in length. Shakedown is available to all crews with previous application who announced their participation on Administrative checks. The Shakedown start interval is 30 – 60 seconds. Only registered driver listed on the Entry Form, with valid Driver's Licence, excluding drivers aged 16 to 18is eligible to drive a car (Article 4.1.) Shakedown recce will be held on Friday 31. 01. 2020 from 12.00 to 17:00 hrs, allowed with competition cars (with all required start numbers and obligatory advertising stickers fitted) with speed limited to 60 km/h. If Organizer estimated that a number of entered crews is not sufficient, Shakedown will be cancelled and registered participants will be informed about via official Bulletin.

9.8 Official time during the competition An official time during the competition will be available on telephone number +385 18095

10. PENALTIES

10.1 Money Fine Every participant on the „1. DELTA SNOW SHOW ČAZMA RALLY“ caught at rally route before Friday 31. 01. 2020 and/or out of the schedule of recce, will be treated as a person in an offence. Any kind of training on Special Stages is strictly forbidden. During the recce is strictly forbidden to drive dangerous and faster than permitted. A participants who breaks prevous regulations will be fined by Clerk of the Course in an amount of 1.500,00 kn/200,00 Euro and time penalty according to the Article 10.2. Fine must be paid to the organizer before the start of competition if the violation is committed before the start of the competition, recce or before the start of the Special Stage that will start after a committed violation. Otherwise, the crew won't be allowed to start competition or start the Special stage.

13. FINAL PROVISIONS

Clerk of the Course and the Stewards of the Meeting are responsible for the provisions of this Supplementary Regulations. Stewards of the Meeting are competent for deciding on any relevant contentious situations. Decisions adopted by The Stewards of the Meeting, an objection, complaint and/or appeal cannot be submitted. By accepting the privilian, by signing the Entry form for the "1. Delta Snow Show Čazma 2020", i.e. completing and sending the online Entry form, the participants will voluntarily and unambiguously give consent for the collection and processing of all personal data for the purpose of carrying out the sporting competition. APPENDIX 2 - RECONNAISSANCE

During reconnaissance there shall be control marshals at the start and stop point of each special stage. Further checks may also be carried out during special stages. Only registered crew members (2 persons) may be present in the car during the reconnaissance. Procedure for registration: All reconnaissance material will be available to all crews on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 12:00 to 17:00 hrs (Christmas story, Ante Starčević street 132, 43240 GRABOVNICA. When registering for the reconnaissance, one of the crew members must be present and complete an information sheet giving details of the reconnaissance car. The reconnaissance ID number must be attached to the reconnaissance car on the top centre of the windscreen and kept visible for the entire duration of the reconnaissance period. Reconnaissance Schedule The reconnaissance will be carried out according to the following schedule: Friday , 31st January 2020 : 12:00 - 17:00: Special stage: Shakedown 2/4 Šimljanik 1/2 and SS 3/5 Donji Miklouš 1/2 Crews are allowed tree (3) passes on the Special Stages. Saturday, 01st February 2020: 15:30 - 16:30 Super special stage Čazma (only by foot) Special stages 2/4 Šimljanik 1/2 and 3/5 Donji Miklouš 1/2 run on the same track in opposite directions. As the reconnaissance is in same time, crews are warned to take care of it. Any infringement of the reconnaissance regulations and particularly reconnaissance outside the given schedule will be considered a very serious offence and will be reported to the Stewards who may impose a penalty that may go as far as start refusal!

APPENDIX 4 – COMPETITION NUMBERS

The organiser will provide each crew with the following, which must be affixed to their car in the

positions stated prior to scrutineering:

1. COMPETITION NUMBERS

1.1 Two front door panels measuring 67 cm wide by 17 cm high including a 1 cm white surround. Each of these panels shall comprise a 15 cm x 15 cm competition number box which shall always be at the front of the panel. When the competition number is greater than 99, the box width may be increased. Numerals will be fluorescent yellow (PMS 803), 14 cm high and with a stroke width of 2 cm, on a matt black background. The remainder of the door panel is reserved for the use of the organiser. 1.2 Each panel shall be placed horizontally at the leading edge of each front door, with the number at the front. The top of the plate shall be between 7 cm and 10 cm below the lower limit of the window. 1.3 No signage, other than the colour scheme of the car, shall be placed within 10 cm of the panel. 1.4. One rear window panel which shall measure a maximum of 30 cm wide and 10 cm high, reserved for the use of the organiser. This panel shall be positioned at the top of the rear window, and positioned, left, or right, as indicated in the supplementary regulations. An adjacent area of 15 cm² shall contain the fluorescent orange (PMS 804) 14 cm high competition number on a clear background. This number may be reflective and must be visible from the rear at eye level. 1.5. Two numbers for each rear side window which shall be 20 cm high with a stroke width of at least 25 mm, coloured fluorescent orange (PMS 804), and may be reflective. These numbers shall be placed at the top of the rear side windows in conjunction with the driver’s name 1.6. For front part of the car – rally table: one plate fitting into a rectangle 43 cm wide by 21.5 cm high which shall include at least the competition number and name of the rally. The organizer is obliged to make all the subject numbers in the basic design of the specified color (less important type of color and mark). The organizer is allowed to prescribe a mandatory sticker up to 50 x 14 cm, which is placed by the crew on the left (one) and / or the right (one) side of the vehicle in the available space, excluding the glass surfaces, while observing the right of the predefined marking spaces.

2. DRIVER’S AND CO-DRIVER’S NAMES

2.1. The first initial(s) and surname of both driver and co-driver, followed by the national flags of the country of the ASN from which they have obtained their licences, must appear on the rear side window on both sides of the car, adjacent to the competition number. The names must be: - In white Helvetica - In upper case for the initial(s) and first letter of each name with the remainder in lower case - 6 cm high and with a stroke width of 1.0 cm. The driver’s name shall be the upper name on both sides of the car. If it is determined that a rally plate or number or the layout and shape do not comply with the prescribed rules during a rally, the crew will be fined. If both rally plates or both numbers are missing, the crew will be excluded. 3. ORGANIZERS OPTIONAL ADVERTISING Organizers have right to put 2 optional advertising stickers on every competitor vehicle, which are rectangular shape, wide 50 cm and 15 cm height, on side of vehicle, two on a front or back fender. Crew has the right to refuses organizers optional advertising, but it must pay entry fee of 280 €.

APPENDIX 6 – COMPETITORS SAFETY

1 .Use of SOS/OK signs

Each competing car shall carry a red “SOS” sign and on the reverse a green “OK” sign measuring at least

42 cm x 29.7 cm (A3).

In case of an accident where urgent medical attention is required, when possible the red “SOS”

sign should be immediately displayed to following cars and to any helicopter attempting to

assist.

Any crew which has the red “SOS" displayed to them, or which sees a car which has suffered a

major accident where both crew members are seen inside the car but are not displaying the red

“SOS” sign, must immediately and without exception stop to render assistance. All following cars

has also stop. The second car at the scene shall proceed to inform the next radio point.

Subsequent cars must leave a clear route for emergency vehicles.

In case of an accident where immediately intervention is not required, the “OK” sign must be

clearly shown by a crew member to the following vehicles and to any helicopter attempting to

assist. If the crew leaves the vehicle, the “OK” sign must be displayed so that it is clearly visible to other crews. Any crew which is able but fails to comply with above rules will be reported to the Clerk of the Course.

Any crew retiring from a rally must report such retirement to the Organisers as soon as possible, save in

case of force majeure. Any crew failing to comply will be subject to a penalty at Stewards’ discretion.

2.Use of the red triangle

Each competing car must carry a red triangle which, in the event of the car stopping in a special

stage, must be placed in a conspicuous position by a member of the crew at least 50 metres

before the car´s position, in order to warn following drivers. Any crew failing to comply may be

subject to a penalty at stewards’ discretion.

This triangle must be placed even if the stopped car is off the road.
