These supplemental word work packets are very

helpful while teaching EL Curriculum! I created

the spelling lists using the cycle overview in the

module. They are taken directly from the skill of

the week. Students can work on these packets

during word work, whole group, small group, etc.

I started using these word work packets to

supplement the EL curriculum. I had my students

complete them during their WORD WORK station

during centers.

As a first grade teacher, you may have to

complete these packets as a whole group until

they become more independent. Many activities

they can complete by themselves from the start

though. J

Please note that these lists do not include all of

the words from the lists.

The high frequency words are taken directly

from the cycle. Enjoy! I hope this helps!
