ExcavatorCAT-324DThe Supertech was installed on a Caterpillar model 324D excavator that is excavating abasementforabuildingunderconstructionlocatedinzone4ofourcity.

Theexcavatorworks,onaregularday,from7:00a.m.at5:00p.m.performing,cuttingandloadingtheexistingmaterial,usingonlyoneoperator.Thefueltankisregularlyfilledafterevery2or3daysandtheheadofmachineryreportsthefollowinginformation:●Date●InitialHorometer●FinalHorometer●Fuelreceived(inthetank).Withthisinformationwehavepreparedachartthatprovidesuswiththefollowinginformation:●Hoursworked.●Fuelconsumedforeachhourofworkoftheexcavator.Wehadalookatthedocumentstheyusetomonitortheperformanceofthemachinesinoperation.ForthesampleinquestionweusethemonthsofAprilandMay.Note:ThedevicewasinstalledonApril20beforestartingtheworkday.

WiththisinformationwewereabletocalculatetheperformanceoftheCAT324DExcavatorduringthefirst20daysofthemonthofApril2018,whichtellsusthattheperformanceofthemachineunderevaluationWITHOUTTHESUPERTECHis6.02GallonsperHour.(Seetheresultstableonthenextpage)TheevaluationofyieldswascarriedoutinthedaysfollowingtheinstallationofSUPERTECH(fromApril20toMay23,2018)obtainingsatisfactoryresultsastheconsumptionofgallonsforeachhourofworkwasreduced,reachingthisindicatorat5.39GallonsperHour.Thisshowsthatthedevicehasgeneratedasavingof0.63gallonsperhourofoperation,whichrepresents10.40%.Ifweusethisdatatoquicklycalculatethereturnoninvestment,wecanassumethatatarateofQ.25.00foreachgallonoffuel,thesavingsgeneratedduringthe33calendardaysofthetestwasQ.2,439.88.Atthisrate,theReturnonInvestmenttobemadewithSUPERTECHis41days.NOTE:SeetheResultsTable1forthecomparisonofresults

ThroughtheresultsobtainedduringthetestconductedintheperiodbetweenthedatesofApril20andMay23,2018,wecanconcludethefollowing:●ThesavingdeviceSUPERTECHhasgenerateda10.40%savingincomparisonwiththeperiodevaluatedpriortoinstallation.●IfweusethisdatatoquicklycalculatethereturnoninvestmentWecanassumethatatarateofQ.25.00foreachgallonoffuel,thesavingsgeneratedduringthe33calendardaysofthetestwasQ.2,439.88.●Atthisstage,theReturnonInvestmenttobemadewithSUPERTECHis41days,showingthattheinvestmentmadeinSUPERTECHis814coveredwiththesavingsgenerated.●Ifwetransferthisdatainthefuture,wecanprojectthatduringthe5yearguaranteeweoffer,theSUPERTECHwillgenerateanapproximateofQ.135,000.00iftheworkinghoursandfuelpriceconditionsaremaintained.●WEARENOTCONTEMPLATINGtherestofthebenefitsthatourdevicegeneratessuchasthereductionoftheemissionofgasesandthereductioninthemaintenancecostsgeneratedbyamorecompletecombustion.

AdditionalTestAsadditionalproof,weinstalledtheSUPERTECHtypeAtooneofthehydrolavatorsthatwefoundintheproject.Thewashingoperationofthetruckspriortotheirdeparturerequirestwomachinesofequalsize,engineanduse,whichallowsusagoodopportunitytotestbycomparison.Thedevicewasinstalledthesametimeperiodasthemaintest(33days)

Theresultsofthissecondarytestweretakenfromtheconversationwiththemainuseroftheteam,whotoldtheResidentEngineeroftheprojectthatcomparingtheconsumptionofonepressurewasherwiththeotherwasspendingalotmorefuel."Beforewefilledthetank4timesadayeach.Nowwefillitlessthan3timesaday!"Ifwetakeintoconsiderationthatthefueltanksoftheseenginesare1.5gallons,wecancalculatethatthesavingsareaminimumof1.5gallonsperday.ThisrepresentsanapproximateofQ.40.00perday.IftheinvestmenttoapurchasetheSUPERTECHtypeAdeviceisQ.700.00wecanassumethatthetimetorecovertheinvestmentatthisstepislessthan17workingdays,whichmakesSUPERTECHanexcellentinvestmentdecision.
