1. Maybankard Superman Visa Debit Unleash the unstoppable power
of your everyday card (Promotion) isorganized by Malayan Banking
Berhad (Maybank) in partnership with Innocraft Marketing Sdn. Bhd.
(Company
No. 366446-T) (Innocraft) and Warner Bros. Consumer Products
Inc. (Licensor).
2. The promotion is open to all Maybankard Superman Visa Debit
Cardholders (Cardholders) during thePromotion Period.
3. This campaign shall be applicable to all Maybankard Superman
Visa Debit Card, excluding employees ofMaybankard Debit/Prepaid
Bankard Business, its partners, advertising agencies, auditors
including their
immediate family members and any other persons involved in
organizing, promoting and/or conducting this
Promotion.
4. Cardholders whose accounts with Maybank which have been
suspended, closed or who are in breach of theirAgreement with
Maybank shall not be eligible for the Promotion or the Prizes.
Promotion Period
5. The Promotion commences on 13th March 2013 and will end on
13th June 2013 (Promotion Period), both datesinclusive.

Qualification Mechanics
7. To qualify, minimum spend of RM100 is required on your
Maybankard Superman Visa Debit Card at Point of Sale(POS) for one
(1) entry. However, any transaction or spend of RM200 and above is
eligible for two (2) entries.
8. Entry is automatic subject to meeting the terms and
conditions herein. No pre-registration, SMS or promotionentry forms
are required.
Selection of Winners
9. The winners will be selected randomly after the promotion
period ends.10. The DC Super Hero stores voucher worth RM200 each
will be send via courier to the winners valid address by
August 2013.
11. Each eligible Cardholder can win one (1) prize only during
the entire Promotion Period.12. Details of the Grand Prize Winners
(name and truncated identification number) will be available
atwww.maybank2u.com on the following month after the promotion
period ends.
General Terms and Conditions
13. By participating this Promotion, the Cardholders agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions and thedecisions of the
organizers and judges.

regular basis to view the terms and conditions and to ensure that
they are kept-up-
to-date with any changes or variations made to the terms and

15. The records of transactions maintained by Maybank and the
final list of the Winners selected shall be deem finaland

substitute any Winner(s) who may be ineligible ordisqualified for

17. Maybanks decision on all matters relating to this Promotion
shall be deem final, conclusive and binding and shallnot be obliged
to give any reasons or enter into any correspondence with any
person(s) on any matter concerning
this Promotion.
18. Maybank reserves the right to publish and display the names,
photograph and/or audio video of the Winners inany mass media or
marketing materials for advertising and publicity purposes without
compensation and with (21
days) notification to the Winners.
19. The Winners shall not be entitled to any cash compensation,
benefits or substitution in any form whatsoever inlieu of the
Prizes.
20. Maybank reserves the right to forfeit the Prizes awarded if
the Winners do not comply with any of the terms andconditions
herein.
21. Maybank reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend,
extend or terminate this Promotion earlier in whole orin part, or
to vary, delete or add any of the terms and conditions herein at
anytime at its absolute discretion with
sufficient notice within 21 days provided via maybank2u.com or
any other channel(s) that Maybank may deem as
suitable.
22. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of
Malaysia, and eligible Cardholders shall be deemed tohave agreed to
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.
