• MgB2 superconducting nano-sized powders have been successfully prepared by 2.4 MHz Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis (USP) system using H3BO4 and MgCl2 chemical solutions.

• The average grain size was found to be 77 nm. The best superconducting property was obtained to be 39.3 and 38.1 K for Tc and Tzero, respectively. The Jmag results obtained from the M-H curves were found to be 2.83x106 A/cm-2 which is quite comparable with the commercially available high purity MgB2 powders.
