A high quality tile adhesive, with added polymers. The Dustless technology

Application1. Use a proper notched trowel to spread the adhesive

onto the substrate with the flat side of the trowel

until it is smooth.

2. Use the notched side of the trowel to create an

even adhesive bed. minimum bed thickness is

- 2 mm. for wall.

- 3 mm. for floor.

(size depends on the thickness of tiles).

3. Ensure the adhesive is wet when the tiles are laid

and tapped into the position to ensure full contact

with the adhesive. Do not spread more than 1 sq.m.

at once.

4. Once the tiles have been laid, leave to stand for 24

hours or the tile adhesive is dry before grouting

with Davco Tile Grout.

• Temperature range for use : 5oC to 35oC.

• Do not add additional water or powder after slaking period.

• This is a professional product, all directions must be

followed strictly.

PRECAUTIONSWORK INSTRUCTIONS

1. Slowly add DAVCO STTB 20 kg. to a bucket of

clean water (mixing ratio for 20 Kg. bag: 4-4.5 Litres

of water).

2. Use power drill to mix until a thick creamy consistency

is achieved.

3. Allow the mixture to stand for 1 - 3 minutes for

chemical slaking and reducing air bubble, then remix

before using the adhesive.

Product preparation

Surface preparation 1. Surface must be clean and without any trace of oil.

2. Painted surface must be abreded to expose at least

80% of the original substrate.

3. New concrete must be allowed to cure for at least

28 days.

4. New render must be allowed to cure for at least

7 days.
