All over the world—in every rain forest and in every desert—exist a myriad of exotic fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, and herbs that have been found to have powerful, life-saving properties.

Most of the fruits and vegetables are astoundingly high in antioxidants and offer a broad range of health benefits, including protection from free radical damage, which has been associated with a number of health problems and accelerated aging. Many of these also help maintain a strong immune and cardiovascular system, while the whole grains and seeds provide crucial gastrointestinal support.

And let’s not forget about the herbs. Used medicinally for longer than the United States has been a country, many of these herbs provide stress relief, not a small task, considering that Journal of the American Medical Association attributes more than 75 percent of all disease to stress.

But with the thousands of different vegetables, fruits, seeds, and herbs grown all over the planet, how do you know which ones provide the greatest health benefits? And how on earth are you going to eat all of these on a daily basis? Fortunately, you don’t have to!
