Those who register by August 24, 2012 will receive a commemorative t-shirt. Participants are encouraged to obtain a minimum of $65 in pledges, including the $15 registration fee. All pledges must be turned in on the day of the Walk, 5K Run & Roll.

to sponsor you, please submit a list that includes the full name of each donor, their address and the amount that they would like to give. You can mail these lists to Sunshine or e-mail them to info@sunshine.org.

Sign up for either the 5K run on the certified course along

Black Road or take a relaxing walk along the Wabash Cannonball Trail in scenic Monclova Township.

Entry Fees:

The children’s activity area includes animals from Sunshine acres, craft projects, music and more. Leashed pets are welcome. No bikes or roller blades are permitted. All proceeds from the Walk, 5K Run & Roll are used to help fund programs and services for the people served at Sunshine.

• Overall and Master Male and Female in the 5K run will receive $100 and a commemorative medal made by the artists at Sunshine’s Vocational Center.

• Awards to top three in each age group. No duplication of awards.

• Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over.Other prizes will be awarded to

individuals that raise the most funds for Sunshine. Teams are encouraged! Gather your friends, family, co-workers or anyone else to do the 5K run or the non-competitive walk as part of your team.
