Sunset/Puesta del Sol Elementary PTA presents Noche de Carnaval Gala Auction at The Hyatt Regency Bellevue March 19, 2016

To our Terrific Community,

Puesta del Sol’s fifth Fundraising Gala Auction is fast approaching and we plan on this being our best yet! Puesta del Sol PTA’s “Noche de Carnaval” Gala Auction will take place on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at The Hyatt Regency Bellevue.

Puesta del Sol Elementary School PTA would like to share an opportunity to help us maintain and support a unique and incredible public Spanish Immersion school in the Bellevue School District. Our students’ test scores are consistently some of the highest in the school district and the state. The money we raise will help fund necessary additional materials and support in Spanish, which are not covered by the general funds distributed by the Bellevue Public School District.

There are three ways you can support our fundraising efforts:

1. Donate a product or service from your business, procurement form provided2. Become an event sponsor, details included3. Purchase a table or tickets, and attend our fun March 19, 2016 event

With the generous support of people and businesses like you, the PTA will be able to continue to provide many educational enhancement programs for over 585 students in kindergarten through 5th grade. Some of the activities that we support are Spanish Library materials, educational classroom visitors and experiences, Spanish aides/specialists and Passport Club.

By becoming a sponsor of our fundraiser and social event, your sponsorship is tax deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We would also be pleased to display marketing materials with your donated items in support of your contributions to our event.
