Artist volunteerswill be on hand out in front of the Gallery duringthese hours. DON'S TRUCK will be on hand aswell. Donors will receive one raffle ticket for theirdonations. The feature for this week is“Mount Bachelor from Elk Lake” a framedlimited edition photograph reasonably priced at$125. There are four others and a large rack ofprints of paintings and photographs of local scenesto take home as a memory of your vacation or foryour Central Oregon home. BendFilm Announces New Films &Drive-In Lineup for 17th Annual

BendFilm FestivalBendFilm announced 18 new films to the lineup forthe 17th annual BendFilm Festival running virtuallyand at drive-in screenings October 8-25, 2020. Thefilms are available to browse in the BendFilmDrive-In Schedule and the Virtual FestivalCinema. BendFilm announced previously: thefilms in competition; Anna Boden, Ryan Fleck andAndrew Bujalski as First Features Honorees; andan open call for a womxn BIPOC FilmmakerGrant.

Harvest FestivalOn Sat., Oct 24, the La Pine Rodeo Associationwill be host to the Autumn Harvest Festival to beheld on the association's fairgrounds beginning at10 am. Come out and enjoy a day of FUN! Therewill be a Car and Truck Show, Vendors, PettingZoo, Pumpkin Patch and even a Movie on a bigscreen at dusk. Central Oregon National ForestsExtend Free Personal Use Permits

Through November 30The Deschutes and Ochoco National Forests andCrooked River National Grassland have extendeda program that allows people to collect somespecial forest products for personal use withouthaving to obtain a free use permit from ForestService offices.
