Brunch Petite Wedding Frequently Asked Questions

Can we add additional guests? Yes, you can add on one additional table that seats up to 6 guests. Max up to 42 guests.

Is this venue available year ‘round? Our wedding venue which is surrounded by our Orchard is available May

through October.

How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable? A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

Can I have my ceremony in a church and just have my reception at Brown’s? Does that change the cost? Yes, you may just hold your reception at Brown’s. The cost is the same.

What's the cancellation policy? Notice of cancellation received more than 120 days prior to event will result in a refund of 50% of your total deposit. Your deposit is 100% transferable to another date based on Brown’s Orchards availability without penalty. Notice of cancellation less than 120 days prior to contracted date will result in a refund of 0% of the total deposit. Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing along with a copy of your signed agreement.

What's your weather contingency (backup) plan for outdoor spaces? Should there be inclement weather on your wedding day, your guests would be invited to sit at their table while your ceremony is held on the dance floor space. The tent is fitted with window side curtains. A heater can be rented if needed for an additional fee.

Does Brown’s have liability insurance? Yes, Brown ’s has Liability Insurance, however we do require all of our couples to

take out Wedding Event Insurance.

Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations? Yes. Our decorating guidelines: Candles must be flameless. Sparklers may only be lit outside the tent and must be disposed of in the buckets provided. NO Confetti. NO Fireworks. NO Bounce Houses.

Can we include our Pet in our Wedding? We happily allow couples to have their pet participate in their wedding ceremony and photos, as long as both take place outside of the tent. Due to health code restrictions, we ’re not permitted to have animals inside the tent, so we require that someone is assigned to look after the dog while on the property, and take the dog home after the formal photos are concluded.

Do you offer décor set up/tear down? Yes, for an additional fee.

Can the venue accommodate a DJ or live band? Yes, live band size must be discussed prior to booking because of space limitations.
