Welcome to this week’s Distance Learning Programme FS2 online learning - this week - Sunday 10th May
All students, in FS2 should be able to access their learning tasks for this week (10th -14th May) from this path. The paths will continue to be published on the website, every Thursday, detailing the next week of learning. Please try to share your learning with class teachers who are available, during Ramadan, by email, between 8.30am – 1.30pm, to support you with your tasks and activities. Please note that any emails sent after 1.30pm will be answered by class teachers the following day. Students will also continue to have the opportunity for a ‘live’ teaching session with their class teacher using the ‘Google Meets’. Google Meet Sessions
Online Internet Safety: During our distance home learning, please be reminded to follow the internet safety rules you were taught in school.

Sunday 10th May
Once all the recipes have been collated, we will create an AAESS Ramadan 2020 community recipe book that will be shared and enjoyed for many years to come. Please note that there will be no distance learning on Sunday 10th May as we all come together with our families to create this memorable book.
This Sunday, we are having a special primary school project day to celebrate Ramadan 2020.

Online learning this week: FS2 online learning - this week - Sunday 10th May
Weekly learning overview
This week, in FS2, we are continuing with our topic of ‘Telling Tales’. In Phonics this week, we will be learning the digraphs oa and ar and using these sounds to read and write both words and sentences. In Literacy this week, the children will be writing their own stories of Jack and the Beanstalk using the language learnt from learning to tell the story. In Maths this week, the children will be learning all about patterns! This week we focus our Continuous Provision on the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears and ask the children to order different characters and props from the story.
