Genna Elvin is -founder of Tadaweb, a Luxembourg-based technology company pioneering the field of small data. Genna co-founded Tadaweb at 22 and has spent the past 6 years growing it to 50 people, multi-million dollar revenues and reaching a place on the Talt Ventures Global Top 100 most disruptive technologies list. In order to achieve this, Genna has continually placed emphasis on the importance of diversity andcompany culture, as well as incorporating emerging models such as the lean methodology into business.
Genna is a very active entrepreneur, having started her first startup at 17 that was funded by the US Government to bring solar energy to an impoverished group of Pacific Islands. Last year, Genna featured in Forbes for her place on the Hundert’s Top 100 Female Founders of Europe.

RETURNING TO THE CEO SUMMIT 2018
Jo Brosnahan is returning this year to deliver summary remarks and close the CEO Summit 2018. Jo is an Accredited Director, Chair of Northpower Fibre, Chair of Hunter Downs Development Company and Director of Leaders for Future. She is a member of the NZ Day Trust and the Centre for Brain Research Advisory Board. She was Founding Chair of Leadership New Zealand for a decade, Chair of Landcare Research and has an extensive governance career. She was CEO of the Northland Regional Council and of the Auckland Regional Council.

Dame Wendy Pye is the CEO and owner of Wendy Pye Publishing Limited. The company is a long-established educational publisher with a focus on early literacy and reading in English and other languages. The leading brand is Sunshine Books which has sold more than 300 million copies. The publishing list of over 2,000 fiction and non-fiction titles is supported with a range of digital resources – audio, e-books and thousands of skill activities.
Dame Wendy’s reputation for helping to develop literacy skills for young children has earned her awards including the first living women to be inducted into the Business Hall of Fame and she was awarded Dame Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to business and education. Dame Wendy has been listed by Forbes magazine Asia as one of the powerful women in business in the Asian region.

Brett O’Riley is a Director and Advisor to organisations in New Zealand with a common theme, connecting them with international markets and opportunities. This is consistent with the work Brett has undertaken over the last 10 years devoted to the kaupapa of growing the New Zealand innovation eco-system, at NZICT, Ministry of Science and Innovation, and recently as Chief Executive of Auckland Tourism, Events & Economic Development, Auckland’s economic growth agency.
Brett’s current roles include Chief Advisor to Tata Consultancy Services in New Zealand, Advisor to investment funder Innovation Capital, and the Chairman of Templar Tourism Management and beverage technology provider Wine Grenade respectively. He is a Director of the NZ Film Commission and also Dotterel Technologies, who provide sound technology solutions for UAVs.

Peter Beggs is the Chief Executive of Antarctica New Zealand, a Crown Entity of the New ZealandGovernment responsible for developing, managing and executing New Zealand Governmentactivities in Antarctica and the Southern Ocean, in particular the Ross Dependency.As a veteran of four Antarctic seasons, Peter leads New Zealand’s Antarctic Programme andrepresents New Zealand’s Antarctic interests in a number of advisory and governance roles. Jim began his most recent appointment as Chairman of Clemenger BBDO Melbourne in early 2015. In this role, Jim oversees the Clemenger Group’s largest company and the birthplace of the group in 1946. In addition, he continues to operate as CEO of Clemenger Group New Zealand. Jim started this role in January 2009 and oversees more than a dozen companies.
Prior to his arrival in New Zealand, Jim spent nine years as CEO of Clemenger BBDO Sydney. During this period, he transformed the agency into a dominant market leader doubling in size and becoming the single biggest profit contributor to the Clemenger Group.

She came to the Westland role with more than 30 years’ general management experience, including over 15 years in CEO/ Managing Director roles, leading businesses. She has earned a powerful marketing and management pedigree developing valuable expertise in developing and growing businesses since starting her career within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods arena. Toni has a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of Sydney; she is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a past President of the Marketing Women’s Network.
