The William Floyd School District
is pleased to announce the 2015 Summer Sports Camps
for students ages 5 through 18 years of age for the upcoming
school year

WILLIAM FLOYD SUMMER CAMPS
This summer the District will offer a variety of sports camps
for students who
are interested in participating. The registration fee
varies depending on the camp.
Proceeds will benefit William Floyd UFSD Athletic Department for
Supplies
and Equipment.
All fees must be paid prior to deadline along with completed
enrollment form submitted by June 5th to the
WFHS Athletic Office

CAMP REQUIREMENTS Open to school district residents and
non-residents. Athletes must have current physical form from a
medical doctor on file
with the school district.
All medications must be signed in with the trainer on the first
day of
camp.
Refunds will only be provided for medical reasons. Request must
be in
writing and must provide a physicians note.
