INSTRUCTORSWith instructors offering more than 75 years of combined experience in coaching & playing at the highest level of hockey, all drills will be at a high pace & tempo to reflect game speed. Coaches are Illinois Select Elite/AAA, and four coaches will be on the ice at all time, focusing on each specific skill.
SHOOTING & STICK-HANDLINGShooting will focus on wrist shots,snap-shots, slap-shots, and backhands. Stickhandling will focus on proper technique, standard moves, advanced moves, moves to protect the puck, and moves to get a shot off.

ANGLING, BODY CONTACT & BATTLE DRILLSAngling and body contacts will be introduced as early as the Mite Level to reinforce and teach proper techniques, including open ice and board contact techniques. Battle Drills will focus on skills and techniques that will allow players to be more effective in their puck battles.
POWERSKATING, EDGEWORK & TUNE-UP- Proper technique- Edge work- Balance, coordination, & conditioning fundamentals
